17 day Philippines Island Hopper!

My 3rd trip with Tru and always such a blast! We had the wonderful AJ as our guide - his passion for sharing his country and his immaculate vibes made the trip for me!! Will always recommend Tru to others whether you're on your own or with a friend! #getAJtoBali

"11 day Bali bliss… wasn’t bliss"

11 day Bali bliss with girls who travel… wasn’t actually 11 days, first and last two days are just travel days.
The trip itself was great, but far too much travelling for the whole trip, I felt like I spent more time in a mini bus than actually exploring Bali.
The people with allergies wasn’t catered for- one morning one of the people with allergies was given watermelon for breakfast as that’s all that could be offered. Not an adequate breakfast at all.
The group was far too big, people were forgotten about due to the group size (20 girls) the tour guides- ovinda and mita were brilliant, they were very professional, friendly and amazing with recommendations, I just feel the group was too big for them to be at their absolute best. Due to the size of the group there was ALOT of waiting around, time management basically went out the window.
The value for money is terrible, we worked out the overall cost roughly for the whole trip and for what we paid it’s not even a third of the price.
Tru travels as a company is great but I would never book another gals who travel trip again.

I recently went on the Philippines island hopping tour (West) with the one and only AJ as my tour guide. Everything about the tour exceeded my expectations, my sister and I LOVED the trip and all of the inclusions. I will be recommending the Philippines and TruTravels for years to come. Just finished the 17 day island hopper tour in the Philippines and it was the trip of a life time. AJ was the most amazing host and his enthusiasm and energy was infectious and was the cherry on the cake for this amazing trip. I cannot thank AJ more!! We love you!!

I just finished the 8 day Philippines East tour with the incredible Aj! I had the best time and joining a tour half way through isn’t easy but he made sure everyone felt welcome and included. He couldn’t do enough for everyone and I loved the slow paced nature of everything. Never felt like we were in a rush. Going to go back next year and do the West Philippines itinerary! Tru Travels were awesome!

Honestly cannot reccomend enough I had the best experience of my life and out of all the trips I have done Philippines has touched my heart and that’s thanks to AJ,
He had the kindest soul, was always happy and laughing! Positive and so fun!! He was helpful and always there for all of us! Nothing was too much to ask with him and he made all of our experience magical!! All the activities we did and the experiences I had was on top of the world! There were a lot of happy tears and I didn’t want it to end!! Everything was organised and everything was spot on! I had the funnest time and had 17 days with lots of laughter and smiling!!
