"My Northern Thailand Adventure"

My Northern Thailand Adventure was such an incredible experience! TruTravels were amazing from booking the trip to the whole adventure. Arthur and Juen were both so welcoming, informative, fun and professional. Everyday they were so positive and fun whilst also making everyone feel safe. Nothing was a problem for them. Arthur knows the tour so well and was always wanting to make it the best experience for everyone. For example he would recommend things to do in the evenings and arrange them with no hassle. Arthur’s warm and bubbly personality is infectious and he made everyone in the group feel like a big family which made it very sad when the tour came to an end!
Juen (JT) was incredible! He is passionate about his job and very kind and positive. Both Juen and Arthur were amazing at giving information and supporting with translations. They both went above and beyond and looked after us from the moment we arrived to the moment we had to get in our taxi really early in the morning. I came on the tour with high expectations from reviews I had heard and read but they smashed it out the park. Took away all of the stress and allowed us to just enjoy our time in Thailand. It is because of them we are thinking about coming back to Thailand with TruTravels to explore the south. I would like to say a huge thank you for making it the best experience with unforgettable memories!

Our trip around Japan was so fun thanks to Morgan!! He was super friendly, lovely and so knowledgeable. All of the locations we visited were supported by Morgan’s thorough knowledge, making the experience so much more valuable. This trip was one of a life time, exploring Japan effortlessly with Morgan guiding us and making friends for life!

Have just finished the 15 day East Coast Australia trip and have had the most amazing time!!

Maddy was incredible!!! She is such an amazing tour leader and overall person and I am so so happy that we got to have her as our tour leader!!

Not only is she super informative and helpful in any situation but she was always so so enthusiastic about everything which made the trip so enjoyable! She was always looking out for us and ensuring we were safe but also making sure we were having the best possible time! Which we definitely did have - super fun trip!!!!

Everything about this trip was just amazing and I would recommend it to anyone - Maddy is 10/10!!!!! And she truly takes this from an awesome trip to an unforgettable experience :)

"Friends for life!! Bucket list experiences ticked off!!"

I don’t even know where to start! These last 15 days have been a whirlwind of laughter and fun and love!!! Made friends for life on this trip and Maddy our guide is the big sister I’ve never had🥹she is so perfect for her job I think it was made for her. She organised us all so well and knew the answers to all my silly questions. A top highlight of my trip was doing a sky dive that Maddy recommended me to do and it really was an experience of a life time! I’ve got so many memories from this trip that I can’t even remember them all. I have cried with laughter more times than I can count! The itinerary was jam packed but I think this was great as we did so much in just 15 days, so many bucket list things ticked off!!! I can’t express how much of a good time I had and Maddy was a big part of that! A guide can make or break your trip and Maddy made mine more than she probably thinks!! She felt like one of our besties instead of someone in charge but was still professional and organised! I loved that each night she would run through tomorrows itinerary so I didn’t really have to remember and think for myself most of the time😂all I had to do was have fun and I did have LOTSSS!!

"Best time in Indonesia"

We had a wonderful time on the 18-day Bali and Beyond tour. Everything was superbly organized, and we never had to worry about anything going wrong; everything was taken care of. Our tour guide, Ibing, was the best tour guide you could imagine; he was the heart of our group. He took great care of the schedule, the entire group, and each individual. We had so much fun with him, and without him, we would definitely have missed something.

Biggy made my trutravels experience so much better then I could have imagined. From being able to see so many beautiful places to Biggy making Thailand feel like my second home for 2.5 weeks. I went on the 14-day Thailand tour and had the most incredible experience. Arthur and Jeun were truly exceptional tour guides—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every part of the trip was seamless. They not only looked after our every need so we could relax and enjoy ourselves, but they also created a real sense of connection within the group and gave us a deep, authentic insight into Thai culture.

I saw and experienced so many amazing things I never would have found on my own. From hidden gems to cultural traditions, I left the tour with unforgettable memories and a newfound appreciation for the beauty and richness of Thailand.

Honestly, words don’t feel enough to express just how much I loved this trip. It was beyond anything I could have hoped for—truly the trip of a lifetime.

"Smile : 14 day "

Smile was the best tour leader I’ve ever had! I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for me over the past 14 days. He was so professional, organised, accommodating, but also brought so much of his bright and bubbly personality to the tour. Smile is such a great person and is so funny and kind. He went above and beyond for everyone on the tour and made sure we were all happy, safe and having fun at all times. Smile is amazing at his job and has made this an unforgettable experience for me. Smile is so friendly and positive! He introduced me to lots of people and it was very clear how loved he was because when we met anyone who knew him, they were all so happy to see him again! Smile was extremely knowledgeable in Thai culture and history; he taught me so many interesting facts about Thailand. Smile also taught me some Thai words and phrases to use. Smile is an all rounder, not only is he great at the cultural side of the tour, he is also so much fun! His sense of humour and good vibes were unmatched!
I had a such fantastic experience and I can honestly say it was all down to Smile; he is by far the GOAT of travel guides and I feel so lucky to have had him as a tour guide, and now as a friend for life. If I ever come back to Thailand I will make sure to see Smile again! Thank you for all the great memories Smile; see you again some day 🩷 🇮🇪🇹🇭
