I reached out to the customer service to see if they had spare parts of a product that has been expired for a while now, and they went above and beyond to go through their warehouse to find it. And they will send it to me free of charge.

My Safety Gate was broken after the warranty had expired, so I asked for a delivery of a spare part. The customer support agent immediately replied that the gate cannot be fixed with a spare part but proposed to send me a new gate free of charge. This customer friendly behaviour is in my opinion such a great example of a company that really cares about customer happiness. I'm thankful and I can totally recommend babydan.

Could not find a retailer for a spare part for a Babydan safety gate, so contacted Babydan service. Immediate response and the information, that they will send me the spare part for free. Never had such kind of experience!
