"Stay away from Uplead"

Stay away from Uplead. We signed up a year ago through a trade show. We notified them that we were not renewing. They charged us and then said "sorry no refunds". Scam business. There are way better companies out there. Stay away!

I am very pleased with the quality of contacts I have received as well as the immediate and attentive customer service received. I would recommend this service over many others in the industry.

People must read carefully the term of the free trial, as right after the 7 days you get charged 890$ on an annual plan.

Signed up for a free trial with them. Never ever used it!
They Emailed me that it ended in April 2024 and they were "sorry to see me go" Then in July, I am billed $890 for an annual subscription. THis makes no sense. They say they do not allow cancellations according to their terms and conditions. I disputed with Amex and the company ultimately did the refund
