"I have been using Uplead quite a bit"

I have been using Uplead quite a bit. I do find it a helpful tool but I am also finding that many names and info are not up to date. The other concern I have is when you import the data into (ZOHO). There are 2 issues I have. If I have a company name in Zoho and then add leads from Uplead it creates a whole new duplicate company name. Also none of the cell phone info gets imported so I have to do that manually

Their database is a great source for commercial leads. Very easy to work with and friendly. The majority of the business I search for are in there. However, it needs to be updated a little more. Many of the contacts provided are coming out invalid or no longer available, resulting in wasted credits and time.

Whenever we have a question or an issue, they are extremely quick to resolve it and show us the best way to accomplish our lead generation mining. We have used other services that cost three times as much and did not provide nearly the quality of lead informaation. Getting instant credit for incorrect emails is also a huge benefit.

I enjoy the "verify" feature and actually filters out bad contact information. I use UpLead almost every day to prospect, it's great.
