"They renewed my services without my approval!!"

As a business, you should be open to giving a good customer experience. I signed up with the company with higher expectations. The companies services was not for me and I tried to close my account. They will not refund me for the renewal they just submitted and I did not give them authorization for it. I would not use this company ever again and I am glad to be the first bad review for them!
