Easy to use. Searches are completed quickly. Information is up to date. Compiling and saving lists makes it simple to retrieve information when needed.

Update* Customer support reached out to me and offered a refund. It's a shame it took the review to actually get the money back. Hopefully in future they do better in this as the product isn't all that bad. Some out of date info but that's to be expected with such a far reaching database.

Dreadful service, refused a refund for a month that I am not going to use, I originally tried to cancel a month ago, they just extended my trial instead and hoped I wouldn't notice the bill... very bad business practices, just use Apollo instead...

Purchased one month 99$ for unlimited leads and many of the email addresses were invalid and the emails that did go through I did not receive one potential customer. I canceled after the one month. I will look elsewhere.

I was scammed! I had a debit overnight without warning and without being contacted. I was charged 805 euros!! Flee! Never take a free trial on this site. Be very careful!

Other evaluators are quite right. They charged me over $800 for an annual plan and then refused to reimburse me.

"RUNAWAY - FIND SOMETHING ELSE"

Signed up as a test user and did the consultation walk through with their person. The product worked good while we were being shown how to use it. We did not have any luck pulling any contact information and when we were able to pull it would show no phone numbers or email addresses. Told the contact it was not working and he extended the review period (or so he said). We noticed we were charged on the credit card and tried to call. No number that you can speak to anyone, you have to do this online. We were told the do not refund even though there product does not work..and we had cancelled once we noticed the charge so they shut off the service and we are still told no refund.

"Responsive Resolution After Billing Issue"

After the Post-Trial Period charge of annual fee and Refund issue, I have been in contact with UpLead's customer service. The Director of Customer Service, Dani, addressed my issues promptly. After some discussion, they have agreed to issue a full refund. I appreciate the company's readiness to resolve this matter and their willingness to engage with and listen to customer feedback. This response has significantly improved my perception of their customer service.

Other reviewers are absolutely correct. They do not deliver more than 15% of what they promise on their lists and they charged me over $800 for an annual plan and then refused to refund me, however, after I posted a review here they contacted me and refunded me the $800 and switched me to a monthly plan for $90/month.

Not GDPR compliant, processes personal emailaddresses which is not allowed under GDPR.

When contacting the company using their chat to ask them to remove my info, they sign me up for their newsletter without my consent.

Very SPAMMY like their software…
