This company pocketed the entire proceeds of a ski holiday which was booked in the pandemic in 2000, no refund of any description. It was the worst behaviour I have seen by any organisation during the pandemic.

Powder White made booking our (last minute) ski accommodation really easy. So far I am very happy with their service.

Booked a holiday with Powder White for New Year 21/22. Due to France shutting down travel because of Covid the holiday had to be cancelled. (No one's fault).
However we are now almost 6 months on and still no refund. Meanwhile Powder White has had a full season of bookings and are unjustifiably sitting on my money.
This wouldn't be tolerated in any other business
