The company is doing well with explanations and information about their product and how it is made. I am still on the fence as to whether or not I will continue with it as my dog does not seem to like it. But let me also say, we are still in the transition stage and she is a very picky eater.

Cleared up the skin of a very challenging case. Part of the overall Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine toolkit to address severe allergies in a dog. Also used herbal meds. Client and dog both very pleased with the results. The dog honestly loves the food and he used to be very picky.

My dog loves this. I couldn't get her to eat Dr. Harvey's or Medicus Vet kidney, but she gobbles this down. So thankful you reformulate the recipe without peas, which she is allergic to.

Just started this food for my dog with itch. I haven’t used it long enough to know if it will work. The product is very fresh and my dog had no issue transitioning from raw to this lightly cooked food. Packaging is easy to work with. Shipping has been perfect and it arrives fully frozen. Customer service excellent. The only negative is I’m not sure it’s enough food ( each serving ) for My dog who’s active and lean .. I mentioned this to customer service and they are working with me.

This company was recommended by a vet who has studied nutrition for dogs (sadly not something most vets have time to do) and the vet who owns and runs the company did a consult with me to help me figure out the right food to start with. The customer service has also been great and my dog has less allergy symptoms and no GI issues (finally - long road to get here) on this food.
