Their father company ATT suspended my service “mistakenly” (despite always prepaying in full for years) as per DSLExtreme and I still have no internet. They do not take responsibility for this suspension and claim I will owe them an additional $250 for ‘cancelling’ my non existent service. Absolutely unreal! I will report them for this despicable and illegal practice to the FCC.

These scumbags have raised my bill three times by selling me a service above what I was getting by saying there is a special rate at another service level. Then when the special rate ends my rate goes up.
This time my rate went up $15.00 in January 2020 and they didn’t even tell me my rate when up in price!
This is the third time they have done this without notifying me!
Scumbags like this make people hate companies. I am retired and living on only social security.

"Good Internet Service"
Easy fast service. Hook up was speedy . Service is running well . No complaints. Will recommend to others. And for the price you can't beat. They also offer phone service. Wish they had more line streaming channels . Thanks DSL

"Terrible service"
Terrible service. My internet goes out about once a week, and it takes 90 minutes to get someone on the phone. The person who comes on is useless except to waste more of my time turning things on and off. Then they say someone else who actually can fix the problem will call back in 24 hours. They actually call back about a week later (when I'm not home, of course), but somehow they manage to get their service turned back on in the meantime (until it goes out again). Also, they have a terrible email service that quarantines my outgoing messages from time to time for no reason they can explain. I will be switching providers when my contract expires in February.

They lied about their coverage and service. I explained to the salesperson and a technician exactly what I needed from their service and received horrible bandwidth, slow downloads with almost non-existent upload speed.
I complained to tech support and they basically told me it was my fault that their internet was bad.

First of all they can't find my information in the system. I have had the same number for over 10 years. I cancelled and they didn't and they charged me. I always had trouble streaming movies and even tried to transfer my service but they couldn't get a higher streaming them 6 mbps. That isn't what I was paying for so they charge you a $250 cancellation fee. I would never use them. They use At&t so I would just go directly through them instead.

"DSL Extreme Is Very Good"
DSL Extreme is very good for what I want. I don't stream movies so I couldn't say if it works for that but it is as good as any I have used in the past. I got a better price than what the others want so that makes me happy.
