"Simon delivered our Slimline lantern…"

Simon delivered our Slimline lantern roof lights this morning. He provided an update regarding his expected delivery time and could not have been more helpful in suggesting where to store the roof lights and helping to move them off the van. Simon was a credit to the company.

We were really impressed with the after sales service we received from Ash & Olly the technicians who came to sync the remote control with our integrated window blind. They synced the blind within seconds and whilst here updated the pins on the window, tightened the chain mechanism and applied dry WD40 to the strings, all without being asked to. They were polite, friendly and gave us some very useful advice on how to look after and maintain the window. They were great ambassadors for the company.
