You need to amend website ASAP to allow for different delivery dates and comments. Rang straight after placing order online to change delivery date, this was not passed onto the hauliers. So they tried to deliver when no one was available, poor customer service.

We’ve always had a great service from White Horse Energy. Quality products at a very fair price. We have in the past been given delivery tracking information but this time we didn’t get anything, just the day from White Horse when the product was going to be delivered. This makes it difficult to plan the day as we have to be present when the wood is delivered to give advice on where it needs to go and for security reasons.
