I ordered online over Christmas, a member of staff rang to tell me the colour item I wanted was out of stock but was in in a different colour which was acceptable. The item came in the next few days. Job done!

Good value and quick delivery especially as it was ordered on Boxing Day and was delivered within 8 days!! Would have been good to be emailed to know when it was due to be delivered or when it had been dispatched. Other than that GREAT service. Thank you.

However I did manage to get mark todd yard boots elsewhere and the money was refunded fairly quickly.

"Old fashioned great service in modern times"

I recently ordered an item on line having viewed a number of sites and found this one to be easy to view/find what I wanted and at a good price. The same day I received both a voicemail and an email advising the item was out of stock but I could have a different colour or a full refund. I telephoned and asked if I could change my order to a better one and pay the difference. The lady I spoke to was really pleasant and helpful and said they could do that for me at the same price. I was amazed at this. On top of this the item arrived the next day. You couldn't ask for more. I will definitely revisit this site in the future and have already told other horsey friends about the site.

Having bought Mark Todd medium weight turnout for my daughter's horses, decided my own needed to be spoilt with a new rug. Found The Old Dairy Saddlery on google and price was best and even though it was bought on Boxing Day, it arrived on the 30th Dec., just in time for the torrential rain and wind. Very good service and easy to use website.
