Straight forward, user friendly website. Ordered Sunday afternoon delivered Wednesday. What more could I ask for. An excellent service. Have ordered many times from Old dairy Saddlery and have never not been pleased with products or service.

Ordered Castle Zip Hood on 1 Jan 14, told by email that it had not come into them and they would give me a date on Monday 4th, still not had either date or delivery, don't bother.

I actually found the old dairy saddlery on a google search and was very surprised. They were cheap, quick to deliver and when i made a call they were very friendly and helpful. I will definatley be ordering from them again in the future.!!

Tried everywhere to order 2 weatherbeeta rugs in 6'9 and 7' and was unsuccessful. Had no used this company before but came up on google search. Received email at 8.30pm to advise my colour selection was not possible but offered me an alternative which was very acceptable the rugs arrived well packaged and within a few days of ordering and were perfect for my two horses. I did also email the company direct upon receipt to confirm how happy I was with their client attention etc

Ordered two rugs and other bits and pieces. Did not have rugs in size so contacted me immediately upgraded my rugs to a more superior rug free of charge. They call back when they say they will and nothing is too much trouble. Will go and take measurements on anything if required. I have already placed a second order.

I attempted to purchase a rug from this company. After a few days of receiving emails to say that the payment has been taken and the order is on the way, I then received a call to say that they do not have the rug that I ordered and they will not have it in stock any time soon. They offered me an inferior product and were not able to resolve the problem when I refused this inferior product.

I would just say that the services I received from the Old Dairy Saddlery was very good. When I ordered a headcollar (which was unfortunately out of stock) I was contacted by e-mail to help me resolve the matter. I then telephoned the Old Saddlery and they helped me through the right size headcollar I should purchase and it was dispatched the next day. It was nice to talk to person who could give me options.
