Item I ordered was not in stock; got an email from them explaining and offering upgraded product at no extra cost. Arrived 24 hours later. I know where I will be going next time I need something.....

I am surprised that there aer so many positive reviews here as I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered my daughters christmas present from here and am still waiting. After having ordered in plenty of time for delivery and receiving a confirmation and the funds leaving my account we are still awaiting the item. I was unable to contact the company and received automatic emails until after Christmas offering apologies and a mealy 10 percent off as a gesture of good will! Sale prices are aoready in store so this seems like a nothing really. I had orders arrive from the states and Japan more quickly. A terrible service i will not use again. Hopefully item will arrive soon.
