"Inefficient"

Sent for a pair of Dublin Pull On Jodphurs and was sent a pair that was not the size I had ordered and they had a zip. I phoned them - no apology - just "send them back". Not impressed.
I live in a rural location and the nearest Post Office is 6 miles. I have better things to do with my time.
Don't think I will order from them again.

very quick delivery thank you - the only thing I was amazed by was the size of the fly mask I ordered - it was MASSIVE - I have an IDx who is not dainty, but his ears were only half way up the ear things on the mask and the nose comes 2 inches beyond his muzzle - not a change of it staying on!!! - I ordered a full size thinking as he's a horse that would be better - have just gone to order a smaller one!!

I have ordered a couple of things from Old Dairy Saddlery. each time the items have been delivered THENEXT DAY! when one item was not quite right I phoned to explain, the lady was extremely nice and helpful and a replacement arrived the following day before I had even posted the original one back !!!!! My horse was driven mad by flies this Summer so I found a fly rug I liked on line then I found it cheaper at Old Dairy Saddlery on line, ordered 12.30pm Monday my horse was wearing it by 10.30am Tuesday. Brilliant!

Arrived the next day, although I hadn't expected them to come that quickly and hadn't paid for next day delivery. Best price on boots that I could find - Mark Todd field boots. Boots are great, wore them an hour later straight out of the box, really comfortable.
