I wanted a Mark Todd Elasticated Martingale, unfortunately it took longer than expected to come from the suppliers but Old Dairy kept me up to date on progress. When it did arrive they contacted me to see if I still wanted it. I placed the order but asked them to use Royal Mail track and trace as it was cheaper than their usual courier. They were fine about this and posted it off, it arrived 3 days later in Denmark. I would definitely use them again.

I was looking on-line for a specific pair of jodhpurs boots and finding that the price ranged from £60 -£90 !!! Plus in some cases up to £14.99 postage!!
Just as i was about to give up, I saw this company and the very boots were £56.99 and FREE postage to me ( even though I live in that part of the world called Highlands of Scotland where people seem to think the postage costs them 100x's as much !!!!)
Not only that I realised they had a discount on footwear and when I emailed I was told that I had been refunded my discount!!
And take note, the boots arrived within 48 hours!!!!
I will be using this company again and am delighted with the service I received!! Well done!!

If any item is out of stock then they get in contact with me promptly and we can then discuss alternatives etc. I love that they stock the brands that I like for me and my horses. I ordered a pair of jod boots from Old Dairy Saddlery. Unfortunately Dublin had changed the design slightly, they were no longer the same as my last pair and weren't exactly the right fit and 'look'. Therefore they had to be returned. From the date of ordering, receiving the boots, returning them and my money reappearing in my account, took less than a week. Excellent service.
