Rang yesterday for an update on my orders progress wasnt particulary expecting it to be delivered as of yet with xmas etc however I am still waiting the call back to tell me my orders progress - asked for message to me left on my phone as for some reason they where unable to tell me there and then - disapointed , needed the rugs by next week and could have had them from Hope Valley Saddlery by now ..£100 lighter with noidea when my order should be delivered or if indeed has been dispatched and is missing.......update ....am so impressed a Co who genuinely cared enouh to take prompt action and called me to answer my query ..was v impressed & thank u!

If the items are in stock then they are despatched promptly and on occasions when my order has been out of stock, I've always been contacted straight away to discuss my options . The lovely ladies at the end of the phone have always been helpful and efficient and good at communicating, which I find lacks in a lot of online ordering companies.
