"This "company" is a complete scam"

This "company" is a complete scam. My husband designed a teacup for them years ago and he never received one which was part of his deal. Years later in May 2024 I find them online and buy 2. Now months later no tracking, no teacup and no reply. This company scams their artists and their customers. AVOID at all costs!!!

I bought a pillow for my friend for her Christmas, silly me didn’t check the reviews before I purchased the item (one mistake I won’t make again). Emailed, phoned and messaged on Instagram multiple times! Finally got an email back saying my order would be sent the following week… one week later and still to parcel! messaged again and been left in the dark since. I actually went out my own way to message the artist themselves who makes the pillow, and have received 10 emails back and forth from them directly. They have tired to get in contact with the owners with no luck! Both me and the artist and disgusted with the company at this rate. If you don’t have time to send people their products they have bought, take down the website and stop taking peoples money!

UPDATE-
After about 2 and a half weeks of about 20 phone calls, 15 emails/ instagram messages, and contacting the artist themselves.I finally got an answer yesterday and my parcel arrived today. Overall extremely happy with the pillow and the quality of it, but the experience to get it was definitely not worth it. The customer service severely needs improved. If it’s going to take a bit longer for people to get their products or you’re having issues on your end the contact them directly and inform them. We aren’t mind readers unfortunately.The no reply’s for days / weeks on end is ridiculous, I feel like your reviews would be 100% if you just communicated with the customer.

Same pattern here. Ordered, didn’t show in timeframe, no reply to email, no answer on phone. Claimed on paypal and they refunded straight away which suggests they know this site is dodgy.

I ordered a print on 12th March, it’s now 8-weeks later. The money was debited from my account immediately. There’s been no order confirmation, no response to my enquiry via the website and no reply on the phone number provided. I’ve even opened a pay pal dispute but they still haven’t responded. I’ve bought from this company many times and they’ve always taken a while to ship items, but they’ve always replied to enquiries. This time their service is dreadful and I’m £60 lighter! I feel robbed

"Terrible experience"

I placed an order in July 2022. I have yet to receive an order update or a response to my emails and message on Facebook messenger. What a huge disappointment. I loved their items I bought at San Diego Comic Con years ago.

"Wish I read previous reviews!"

I echo a previous comment in that I wished I read the reviews before I ordered!
I ordered some coffee cups and espresso cups from this website on the 23rd of November. The website that the items would be dispatched withing 5-7 days and I would receive a notification. This did not happen. I then read the reviews and realised that this has happened quite frequently. I emailed them inquiring about my order last week and also contacted them by the Contact us form, I have recived no communication or response from them. I have emailed them today, hoping for a response as the to location of my order. It is very poor that there is NO communication from them. Even an automated update saying there a delay or out of stock would be sufficient, instead it is just radio silence! I have fortunately paid with PayPal so hopefully I can claim the money back but if you want to risk it use a credit card/PayPal so you can claim your money back. I will wait another week for a response and then I will be putting in a claim with PayPal.

I received no response and I have put a claim into PayPal to hopefully get my money back.
Just do not use this site!!!
