"I’d give no stars if I could"
I’d give no stars if I could. I ordered items 24th April, waited ages for any kind of communication of dispatch, sent messages on Instagram, Facebook, emailed more than once, tried to call. Finally after ages, got a reply saying they didn’t have the items and offered a swap. I didn’t want the other items so I requested a refund which they said they would. And that’s it, now weeks later again and my many messages and emails asking where my refund is and when I can expect it are also being ignored. Do not order from this company. It’s clear from Reviews just how many peoples money they have kept without sending items. Disgraceful. Wish I’d read the Reviews before ordering.

"Still have not received 5 items from an…"
Still have not received 5 items from an order sent in AUGUST - 2 mini bags, 1 teapot, and 2 cup and saucers. The total taken from me is $290.
After calling and and emailing SEVERAL times I got 1 reply in December and a promise to look into it and have heard nothing back.
I'm taking my complaint to PayPal and asking for my money back.
It's to bad, TIALE has great stuff, but losing this much money and being ignored when attempting communication is not worth it.

"Good and Bad"
Ordered a ceramic cup and plate at the beginning of December. Initially it didn’t arrive and I struggled to receive a response from Customer Services (phone, email and Contact Us) I eventually got a response to the Contact Us page and then received updates and my item - in time for Christmas. The quality of the cup was excellent and this was a lovely and unique item.
Worth the wait but worried that the company was no longer existence before I managed to make contact. Please consider adding an answer phone message to the phone and an acknowledgment of emails?

"Orders still not here - 4 months"
4 months later and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order a Kia Coopman bag, a Tara McPerson Bag, a Jeff Soto tea cup, and a Kozyndan cup and teapot.
There has been no communication from TIALE and the only next step I have is to take it up with Pay Pal.

"6 weeks and counting"
Ordered a single large print 6 weeks ago and despite various assurances I am still waiting with not so much as a tracking number to say it's been posted out. The owner of the company has been totally useless so far

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
Purchased a print with a frame in FEBRUARY. Nothing arrived. Phone calls and emails were attempted - no one answers the phone and the emails were being ignored. Finally towards end of APRIL one of the emails was acknowledged. Following that it seemed promising until only the print arrived. In JUNE it was explained that we still were not in receipt of the frame. It’s OCTOBER and this is still not received.

"Last Chance Saloon"
Placed an order on the 3rd July. Sent three emails regarding the order and finally got a response on 4th August explaining that the pandemic had hit the company hard and that a refund would be processed.
This has still not been refunded. I have since sent four emails that haven't been responded to and attempted to call many times to no answer. Have consistently checked my junk and there's nothing in there either.
I respect businesses have been under the cosh due to unforeseen circumstances and do absolutely sympathise and hope that they deservedly recover but conversely it's an absolute joke that one would take your money then flat out ignore you to the point where it seems it might not even exist.
This is my last port of call before I take further action.
Shame as it's a terrific business with great products but absolute appalling behaviour.

"Would not recommend at all"
Like many other reviewers I placed an order months ago in October 2020 and still have not received part of it. The part of the order that did arrive was fine although it was very late, much later than the stated delivery times on the website, with no communication. I have tried to get in touch a number of times in respect of the part of the order that has not arrived via the contact form on the website and by email but have not once received a response. I do check my spam folders but nothing. They simply ignore you while happily hanging on to your money. I have asked them to either give me some kind of update or issue a refund but to no avail. Be warned if you order from this company it seems to be completely pot luck as to when you receive your order or if you even receive it at all. They do have other products I would be interested in but I won’t be taking the risk again as it seems they simply can’t be trusted.

"Never received my order"
I ordered from this company near the beginning of December. Now, almost two and a half months later, I have not received any shipping info and they're ignoring my emails to please respond or to kindly issue a refund. I've never dealt with such terrible customer service. I will dispute the credit card charge if they don't get back to me in the next day or two. It's such a shame because I love their products and would have definitely been a returning customer.

I love this company, excellent quality of products, I have a canvas, cup & saucer and a cushion, all excellent and always a talking point back in the day when I was allowed to have guests in my house.
