My findac pillows and throw are awesome. Great quality fabric and the print is outstanding.

"Disappointed initially, but issues resolved."

Very disappointed. I have bought three cushions from them and absolutely love them and decided to cheer myself up with another one.
Ordered at the end of Dec, but heard nothing since. I realise times are difficult and would be happy to wait, but having emailed for updates three times and been completely ignored I am completely in the dark. Surely a response isn't too much to ask?
I have now raised a dispute with PayPal as I really can't afford to lose the money. Sad that a company that produces such good products are suddenly taking money from good customers leaving us with nothing to show for it.
Spam folders are checked daily in case there might be a reply. Nothing so far.
Update- cushion has finally arrived and I'm thrilled. Really high quality product. Would gave been nice to get replies to emails, but happy its all resolved.

Did have concerns when order originally placed. However extremely pleased once it arrived. Great quality and looks the part. Will be a great Xmas present. Hope to do business again soon.

I placed my order on May 6, 2020 and still have not received my order. Since May 2020 I have tried to send messages to This is a Limited Edition. I tried being patient and understanding because we are experiencing a global pandemic, but I would have appreciated any communication from the company if stock or shipping was delayed.
For multiple times I reached out to the seller for updates on my order through e-mailing them, sending messages through their website's contact form, and through Instagram. I only received a response once on October 7, 2020.
I felt hopeful because when I did get a response I was notified that they were sending a replacement and investigating why my item was not shipped. I followed up again with them after that and received no response. I tried to work through Paypal (who I used to pay for my item) but since I've waited too long, I can't even dispute the charge anymore.
I am sorely disappointed and very frustrated with trying to work with this company and would not recommend ordering from them especially if you're an international customer. I should have heeded the advice of the other reviewers.

Today I received 5 cushions that I ordered last week. They are beautifully made, high quality and quite unique. I am very happy with my shopping experience. The products are excellent. I know there are some bad reviews here, but I suggest you give them a chance. I will buy again for sure.

Really well made.. Not some shoddy copy but a real well made piece... Delivered on time and as described on the website..
Based on my experience I'd certainly buy again..

"Very bad customer service"

Very bad customer service. I wish I read the reviews before I made a purchase from them. I’ve contacted them via their contact us page and email @help. Called. Even left a message through Instagram. No reply. If I could, I would give them zero stars

Ordered 4 items at beginning of august, a pillow got delivered and we love it but we haven't gotten a reply back via email or any social medias about the print or other items for like 3 months. Save yourself the pain and take your money elsewhere.

Ordered in August and have recieved nothing and no contact since. It's sad as I used them more than once when they were Click For Art with no problems and the prints were fantastic. I'm still hoping someone will contact me and organise the delivery but I'm losing hope.
