After months of scouring various websites, we finally found the perfect scatter cushions for our home.
The website is clear and easy to use, with a fantastic range. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was prompt. We love the new cushions so much that we’re looking to purchase some ceramics soon.

"Where's my order?????"

I still have had no contact from this company but the reply to my review which stated that my order has now been shipped. Apparently this happened because of a delay with one of my items which has now been sorted but when i collected this parcel it contained only the supposedly delayed item! And i still don't have my other item which was the more expensive of the two and wasn't supposed to be delayed?????? What is going on???
if this is a genuine mistake and my other item is shipped as quickly as the first i will consider editing these reviews.

Not entirely convinced this company is a comapny at all and not just a scam now. They will take your order and payment and not ship the goods. Any attempt to contact them is pointless. They ignore email and do not answer the phone. Please, please do not buy from them.

"Scam - stay away!!!"

Horrible, dishonest scam. I've ordered and paid for a chair in July (!), after being jerked around for 7 months they simply stopped responding to my messages.

I was a big fan of the concept, even before they changed the store name to thisisalimitededition.com. I ordered 4 items over the last few years and everything went smoothly. Well, some say you can only judge the level of customer service when things go awry. I ordered a blanket and it arrived stained. I wrote an email to show my disappointment and, to my surprise, never got an answer back. Needless to say, this was the last time I purchased something from them, as it's pretty obvious that the people in charge couldn't care less about their customers.

"One month later... still "processing""

I had been eyeing up a blanket on This is a Limited Edition for a long time, and finally took the plunge and placed my order on December 21st 2016.

The website prides itself on selling art prints, home decor items, clothes and the occasional piece of furniture that are all allegedly limited runs of each piece. Needless to say, a lot of the items don't come cheap and are definitely a luxury purchase - which is why I deliberated for so long about submitting an order.

My order status has been "processing" for almost a month. Emails to the company via the website go ignored, and the only correspondence I have had from them is when I contacted the Facebook page. This was just after Christmas, and I was informed that the company had been closed for the Christmas break (fair enough, but there was no information alluding to this on the website) and that my order would be "finished and shipped immediately" after they reopened on the 3rd January.

I have tried contacting them since to find out the status of my order, with no response. I don't mind waiting for items, but to not reply to customer emails inquiring after their orders is pretty poor service. I think a month with one email is appalling, especially after forking out £90 for a blanket.

I would strongly advise you consider how badly you want or need the item before you place an order - particularly if it's for a birthday gift. The chances are you (or your recipient) will be disappointed and in for a long wait.
