IMPOSSIBLE DUE TO REQUIRING A PHOTO OF MY
INVOICE TO BE INSERTED INTO THE REGISTRATION DOCUMENT.
IN MY OPINION ALL THAT SHOULD BE REQUIRED IS AN INVOICE NUMBER.IF IT HAD NOT BEEN
FOR A FRIEND WHO HAD A DIGITAL CAMERA AND
NEW THE WAY TO INSERT IMAGES INTO THE
REGISTRATION FORMAT I WOULD NOT BE REGISTERED.
I WOULD SUGGEST YOU REVISE THE INPUT OF
DATA INTO THE REGISTRATION FORM TO HELP
THOSE OF US WHO ARE NOT FULLY COMPUTER
LITERATE.

"Drive Belt!"
I have cut the same largish patch of grass for thirty years! This time I thought I would splash out and use the White Glove service to buy an Atco Quattro 22SH V (£869). The purchase and delivery went smoothly. The first time I used the mower however, after about an hour of use, it 'threw' the drive belt. Annoying, but not the end of the world. I returned it to the local Atco main dealer and they replaced the belt and said it was probably just a bit of bad luck - maybe I hit a bit of thick wet grass (!). Next time I started the mower, before I even got to any grass, the belt came off again! I returned the mower to the Atco dealer again. (Bear in mind here that this is a heavy awkward mower to load in and out of a normal passenger car!) The dealer said they didn't quite know what was going on but maybe the original belt was faulty in some way. They ordered another one and fitted it. The next time I used the mower - after about an hour - the belt came off AGAIN! I returned the mower to the dealer yet again (after checking with Atco/Stiga that it is the dealers responsibility). I said I had lost confidence in the mower and I would like my money back so I could buy a new (different!) mower. 'Please' they said, 'one last chance!' They accepted there was a problem with the mower that went beyond a faulty belt and wanted to investigate properly and fix it. 'OK' I said 'fair enough. One last chance.' Two weeks went by with no word from the dealer. I rang them today - 'We're waiting for a new belt from Atco' they said. This has not been a happy experience so far and I suspect it is not over yet!

Replaced my aged Qualcast with an ATCO 20 self-propelled machine. Superb mower, starts first time, cuts beautifully, very manoeuvrable and has the added benefit of an excellent volume grass box. Purchased the mower from Homebase, whose Customer Service was nothing short of exceptional. Do not buy any other mower!!!!!

Bought a ATCO rear roller 18sh mower 2 years ago, had a issue in the 1st 3 months and they tried to fob me of and now the drive has packed up. Will never buy a ATCO again, gone back to good old reliable Cobra.
