Left us stranded in the carpark after fiat assist sent us there after having a brand new vehicle fail. Kids and dog left without any hope. Wouldn't even send out someone with the scanner to let us know if it was safe to continue our journey. Ended up in a car park overnight. Poor service and poor attitudes. You don't get that with premium German brands.

What makes the good sale? Helping a customer to make their own choose and make a purchase. If you've traveled to Research Garage from London, then you already know why you're here. It hosts one of the largest selections of Alfa Romeos in the country. When I was choosing my car, the guys simply answered my questions, listened carefully to what I had to say, and selected the perfect car for me. I bought it a year ago and still smile every time I approach it. This isn't just a car, it's a dream!
The guys helped make my dream come true.
I'd also like to separately highlight the post-sales service. Lauren called me the next day to ask if I had arrived safely and if everything was okay, if I had any questions.
Saber answered my questions even during the Christmas period.
For them, there's no such thing as too early, a day off, or too late.
When it came time for the annual service, I had no doubts that I needed to go back to them to chat again and receive high-quality service. I arrived late to have a full inspection done properly and had to spend the night. Imagine my surprise when I was offered by Lan delightful apartments at an affordable price, just a 15-minute drive from the garage.
Research Garage is a promise that everything will be splendid.

The best experience of buying a car that I’ve had! Thank you so much to Blake for being so lovely, I felt relaxed and at ease and he made everything run so smoothly. I have found buying a car a little bit of an intimidating experience in the past, but this was never the case at any point with Blake.
I absolutely love my new car, which has in turn made me fall in love with driving again.

Heather was absolutely amazing, i have never spoke to anyone as kind and helpful as her. She knows her stuff. If i was my own boss i would hire her straight away, watch out research. LOL. i have always come here, however, i felt a little unhappy with my last visit for my car - i felt overcharged when i knew the problem and told them - again my mot and service is due again a ridiculous price given to me - this is a shame as i have always had a good service with this garage previously.

Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff made buying a car as easy as doing the weekly shop. Very simple and straightforward. All staff extremely helpful from the receptionists to the management team which shows they all work together like a well oiled machine.

I was served today by Siobhan Aspley. I have met Siobhan before and have always been very impressed by her service. Today was no exception. After explaining the reason for the call, Siobhan applied her ebullient approach to resolving the matter. As Siobhan indicated herself it was good the issue could be cleared on that day. It isn't just this fact though. I may have had to have waited ..... just how matters are at times. The point is in the service that Siobhan gave. I manage staff in Customer Services. You cannot teach Customer Service. Either you have the ability to do this work or no. Siobhan has "got it"; she is a natural for this type of work. In fact, Siobhan could be head-hunted by any other top Company; she could easily and naturally become a pa to any top CEO. Siobhan has the gift of Customer Service in great abundance.
