Very happy we chose rapid response to remove some items of unwanted furniture from a house in Edinburgh’s Newtown as they were so nice to deal with and were very efficient on the day.
The overall cost was less than they estimated which was great too and we would use them again if needed !
It was good to learn that most of the items would be 100% reused or recycled in addition as despite some items being beyond repair, others were absolutely fine so also very happy about that.

Rapid Response have worked for me on a number of jobs now....They say when you find someone good, stick with them, and it couldn't be more true in this case. I eventually found them after being let down by five other companies, who either never turned up or didn't bother sending a quote after they did. The guys from rapid response were punctual and wizzed through our office emptying junk out of cupboards into bags, removing tonnes of desks and filing cabinets etc and sweeping up after themselves. we needed to clear the office within 7 days as we have ended our tenancy there and just as the Coronavirus crisis struck, Kirsty from Rapid arranged the job for next day as soon as I called them despite the crisis, which was a massive relief and we can’t thank the guys enough for helping us out at short notice and doing the work so efficiently.
