Friendly, courteous, efficient service. Super communication throughout, and very conscientious about getting the bulky furniture out carefully and safely.

Although it does cost, it seems like a fair price to pay and I found the rate pretty competitive compared to other quotes. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient team of two men and a woman arrived on time, and with good humour quickly took away some big awkward, very heavy old furniture (and old fridge) down two storeys by a winding stair of my tenement building.
I felt sorry for them; - their backs and legs must be made of steel !!

Nice friendly attitude, nothing too bothersome, even happily took away last-minute items that I hadn't pre-arranged for, with good grace.

Not cheap, but well worth paying for peace of mind. Got a small discount as they managed, - to my surprise (I had tried), - to place a good quality but unfashionable big sideboard with a charity.

Rapid Response House Clearance carried out my parents house clearance in Dunfermline after they both went into supported accommodation last week, we are very happy with their service. John, David, William and Kirsty are really nice people and carried out the job professionally, fast and without any problems. they managed to donate all of the useable furniture from the house to charity also and my parents are really happy about that, the final cost was very reasonable given the amount of work they did for us and amazingly £100 less than the quotation they gave us which we would have been more than willing to pay.
Rapid are very easy to do business with and fully recommend !

I have used Rapid Response a few times when I decluttered my home and needed to get rid of unwanted household items and general household waste. Each time I emailed them to arrange a time for collection, they responded promptly and the waste was collected within a couple of days of me emailing them. They always turned up on time and did the job efficiently leaving no mess behind. The team are very friendly and their prices are very reasonable. I couldn't recommend them enough.

"Rubbish clearance from house"

I emailed the company to enquire about clearing a lot of household rubbish on the Tuesday, they were able to accommodate my day off on the Thursday, which was more than I expected. They turned up on time, were polite, helpful and even left us some sturdy bags to use while we cleared the rest of the house ourselves (we only contracted them to clear one room). Both John and his colleague were really friendly and helpful, and I'll definitely use them again if I need similar services.

John and his team provided an excellent and efficient service for us at what is a particularly challenging time (family member admitted to care) - they did so with consideration, without any unnecessary fuss or false promises!

From first contact John was professional and warm with a 'can do' attitude and clear honest approach. The price he estimated felt reasonable and was competitive compared to other quotes we'd had. The final bill was as quoted and there were no hidden surprises. John was able to provide the service within days of us contacting him which was also very helpful in the circumstances.

We were unable to visit in person to see the completed job so John sent a video showing us how they left had left the flat which feels reassuring and adds to the honesty and openness that he showed in our conversations.

We would not hesitate to use John and Rapid Response Services again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.
