Thanks to John, Kirsty & Chris today for emptying my sister-in-laws flat following her bereavement. There was a lot of stuff!
I was given an appointment within 5 days of making my initial enquiry.
Absolutely nothing was a problem. They even swept out the garden area & common stair afterwards.
It’s great to know that some reusable items will be donated to charity and the rest will be recycled in a controlled manner.
I will not hesitate to use RRHCE again.

I really can't thank John and Kirsty enough, they worked so hard, and have given me so much of my living space back, and couldn't have been nicer about the situation I had gotten myself in. They never made me feel embarrassed or judged, and were very discrete about what they were doing.
The price was very reasonable for what they had to do, and well worth it for the space they've given back to me. They've given me a giant step forward to getting my life back again.
So an over all great service. I highly recommend these guys, and would definitely use their services again in the future.

I was impressed by Rapid Response from the very beginning in my search to find someone to take away my dilapidated garden shed; John very kindly got back to me within an hour on a Sunday(!) and the communications from there - by both email and text - were exemplary. His professionalism gave me confidence, as this was my first time arranging such a large haul-out, and this would be a messy one: not only the shed but its complete contents in addition to a barrel and composter! After arranging a quotation and settling on a time, John was able to start the very next week at a time which suited me perfectly. He and his partner didn't baulk at my awkward location - on a major roadway with little parking - and got to work straightaway; in little over an hour the entire back yard was cleared and tidied away beautifully.
