Super service. Har købt en SunBee vogn med forhjul og den er helt som jeg håbede. Nem at koble på cyklen, nem at køre med pga de store hjul og god som trækvogn.

I tried to make the devolution of the bike for 3 times and them does not have any answer.
It's false advertising when they said on website that is possible to make a test on the bike for 14 days and so to return the product if you didn't like for any reason.

The bike cargo duo arrived at 14 of June 2022 and another day I send and email for make a devolution, but for my surprise I only had automatic answer and til now I keep having this kind of answer.

I had some difficult with the bike cargo;

First: the local shop didn't know how to assemble the handlebars (I solve this later)

Second: The trailer is getti­ng totally wet when I cycled through of thin rain, even though I have put the cover ca­refully on and closed it properly. The cushions and the trousers of my daughter stayed all wet. I told them that it would not can continue this way. Now after of this thin rain I noticed a rusty liquid falling from trailer. It's not a simple thing.

Third: the right headlight doesn't working, it's necessary to change.

Four: the battery is not new is possible to see some signs of damage.

Anyway I contact them several times and nobody gave me an answer, by the way I don't think they are interested getting in touch after all they already receive the money for the bike.

At the end I payed for something that doesn't work completely.

Just a warning: don't be fooled into thinking that after the purchase you can return the bike within 14 days or that you will have some support from the company Evo Bike.
