Needed to return an item I had ordered wrong type of bulb fitting i got passed from phone to email asked to send photo of item which I did then no reply sent another email got an auto reply and nothing else so rang again told the person I was recording call she then sent me an email with a return code which she said the warehouse needed sent item back with my postage 2 weeks later still no refund
