That item not identical as shown online and I request to refund

Placed my order in January. The items didn't arrive & the delivery service was apparently the cause. I was then told out of stock & should receive it in 3 weeks. Still no order. Then adviced there was a quality issue but promised mid March. Still waiting.

Hi have bought a few of these lights now for my property at the front and they are great. Only had to buy a new one as the PIR broke. Good quality lights and easy to fit.

I am a repeat customer and having placed a recent order was surprised to receive the wrong items.

I am quite meticulous so checked the website again and again then contacted the store. The lady who dealt with the issue was ok initially but that soon changed. After requesting photo after photo and SKU code she was adamant that I had the correct item.

I was then asked to provide a photo of the bulb so by this time I was just getting annoyed 1) because I was at work and 2) because a blind person could see that what I had received was not the same as the website picture.

I advised her that I didn’t have time to do yet another photo. The Customer Service clerks response was to simply ignore me from that point on. Needless to say I have returned the items and will never order from this company again.

Let's see how long it takes them to do my refund!
