I am not one to leave many reviews, however this is well and truly deserved!
Firstly the product I bought, which was 3 Chandeliers, are stunning and great quality for the price!
Secondly unfortunately one of the frames was bent when arrived, and Litecraft replaced fast and with no hesitation.
And lastly, and the most important, was due to unforeseen circumstances, and at no fault of either parties, there was a delay in putting up the light fittings where I discovered damage to some of the Chrystals. Litecraft went above and beyond to help replace these even though I was out of the return guarantee timeline. The customer service, understanding of the situation and help has been exemplary. I could not have wished for better service.
I would highly recommend Litecraft for Service, Product Offer and Price!

My only complaint would be that it isn’t made clear on the website that the delivery times are based on week days only and does not allow for weekends.

The 20w twin floodlight is decent quality and was delivered quickly. Installation and PIR setup was straightforward too. The light output was sufficient to illuminate my 8m deep by 15m wide driveway and the angle of the lights could be adjusted individually so they didnt affect the neighbour. Overall, good value.
