Es una verguenza de empresa.
En mi caso me llaman para hacer la entrega en 20 minutos y despues de mas de una hora llamo yo y me dicen que no llevan mi mercancia y que se han equivocado en la tienda a la hora de cargar.
El conductor no sabia esto cuando me ha llamado?
Es mas,me llama un tal Carlos de la empresa(cuando le he preguntado el apellido para saber con quien he habaldo su respuesta ha sido que no se lo sabe,jajajaj)
Es una verguenza de empresa pero no me queda mas remedio que esperar un dia mas
No se como Media Markt trabaja con esa empresa.

"Delivery is the worst.. twice"

I have always being in love with Goi and the owner so I decided to buy for my first romantic holidays a couple of bikinis from them. Unfortunately, my experience hasn't been the best and I am a bit upset. The delivery is wayyyyy too slow. It took me almost 3 weeks to receive my purchase. Faster from US to europe. I won't be able to have the bikini for my holiday. Sizes are not what the 'normal' is . I wear small for everything always, the bottom small, I couldn't even put it on (lack of elasticity as well) and the Medium was too big. What really upsets me is the slowness of delivery for twice the times I ordered from them. They blame the amount of orders they have but being that they ALWAYS have a huge amount of orders (which they deserve) they should improve this service as I could have bought somewhere else and have my bikinis for my holidays. On the other hand Carla from customer service is amazing, professional & quick. Loved it.

Ich lehre Deutsche fast 1.5 Jahr mit meine Lieblings Lehrerin Iva.P. Sie hat mir bei Deutsch viel geholfen. Sie ist immer pünktlich, im Unterricht korrigiert sie mir oft, sodass ich verbessern kann.
In 2023 habe ich B1 Prüfung bestanden, zurzeit vorbereiten wir zusammen fur B2 Prüfung.

La calidad de productos es buena. Me gusta. La tienda de pick up,nunca cogen cogen el teléfono. Y si no están en la tienda ,cuando el horario indica que si ,no hay aviso en ningún lado.
