Brought a ring over two weeks ago. I’ve had much faster delivery with personalised items than this. Can’t speak to the item as I haven’t seen it but highly likely to be my first and last order. Ridiculous.
Now find out it’s coming by RM who haven’t delivered a parcel to me in over two years that hasn’t either arrived open, late or just been totally ‘lost’ even my own postman applied for redundancy as RM in his words are no longer fit for purpose. Would never have ordered if I had known it was coming by Royal Mail. I avoid any company who use them as the drama is not worth it. Tracking hasn’t been updated which is now a regulate feature of RM so I’ve waited in all day as if you miss them it’s god knows how long to be re delivered so that’s my whole Saturday wasted waiting in and now another huge waste of my time staying in until it comes. I’m so cross this is likely to go back unopened for refund. Saying that I’m fully expecting it to get ‘lost’ and it be another load of drama. Why companies still use this terrible service when it’s so clear you’re better off sending items by camel I don’t know.
Update. Finally arrived and I’m shocked at the quality. The stone is fine, but the band is virtually non existent. Really tinny. Will very easily snap and potentially cause injury. I genuinely have never seen a ring with a band that thin so I’m not being mean. With an actual band that’s not almost invisible it probably would have been quite nice. As it is I’ve emailed for a refund. 3 weeks wait for that! I’m quite shocked.

After writing my last review , I was somewhat disappointed.
O'rene white is the customer care manager, contacted to see if we could come to a resolution. O'Rene agreed that they will go above and beyond too achieve my trust again , which she did .
They replaced the ring , not only that , they let me pick a completely different ring at no extra cost , and is stunning , my partner loves it . All I can do is speak honestly and hope that this ring doesn't become faulty, but if it does I have all the faith in O'Rene, to rectify any issues .
Thank you for your customer experience, although it started poorly , you came through with flying colours , and can totally give you 5 stars for the experience, thank you .

A fantastic company if you want affordable, not cheap, jewellery. I have just purchased my sixth jewellery item with them and after mucking up the order TWICE, they still fulfilled the order to a high standard. They are based in Porth, South Wales which gives me extra confidence in them and their customer service is second to none. You email them and they actually reply, within 24 hours, no less!!
