Ask your doctor to write the prescription specifically for Mylan's generic Epi pen with the words, "Dispense As Written." -Otherwise the pharmacy will probably substitute a different brand generic Epi pen that does not fit. Our health insurance will cover Mylan's generic version of the Epi pen. This could be a real life saver!
