"Avoid at all costs"
Terrible experience with rent London flat. They have failed to return my deposit despite meeting all the requirements and agreeing to return it to me. Despite multiple confirmations it would be paid nearly a month later still nothing, which is a clear breach of their legal obligations. Repeated attempts to contact them have been ignored, showing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Avoid this agency unless you want to risk losing your money!

"Ask for Shannon, she'll take care of everything "
I had the good fortune of working with Shannon who was kind and patient enough to walk me through the entire process as I was new to London. She found me some truly excellent listings and managed to book 4 different viewings in short order. Everything went super smooth and I was able to get my offer accepted much faster than I imagined. I extend my sincerest thanks to Shannon for her hard work.

My experience with Knightfrank has always been excellent. The team is extremely professional and helpful. Rosie in the Mayfair office and Jordan in the Marylebone office are excellent at what they do and I highly recommend them!

"Terrible service "
Please avoid them. If you need any repair or replacement, they play dead.

"If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. ❌"
Since we moved in to our apartment 2 years ago the agent was completely non-transparent. Very difficult to deal with. They really don’t care about tenants. If they need anything from you they will bombard you with emails, calls and even letters if you don’t respond asap. However when you need anything from them (repairs, confirmations, etc.) you’d be very lucky if they reply and solve things at all.
I knew this service was bad. But I didn’t realize how terrible it is, until I started the process to move in to another flat and I saw how this other agency works.

"Doesn't show up for viewing"
Abysmal service. I checked the event on the day and the viewing was still on with an accepted status next to Fathy Nekheli, who was going to show us around the property, only to get there and not only didn't he turn up but I checked the calendar event again and he has now declined, kept ringing and no one answered. We spent an hour driving to the destination as well. No courtesy phone call, we wouldn't mind if we had a call to cancel, but this is worse.

"Disturbing noises in apartment and…"
Disturbing noises in apartment and other mental torturing.
I rented a flat above a wine shop in Exmouth Market London. (Exmouth Market is a street in London yes weird name.)
The Landlord made it a true hell.
After giving him one month's rent and one month's deposit, he made torturing noises like this at night, entered my flat when l was at work etc.
I left after about 10 days couldn't bear it. I had a stressfull job. l simply didn't bother asking for my deposit back.
It was sometime later (l was young) l realised that this was his M.O. He probably did this to ALL his Tenants. Think about it:
The rent he scammed was considerable. Potentially rental for 4 flats each month. 4 times the rent!!
JUST BE CAREFUL IS ALL I'M SAYING.

"AVOID"
My experience with Rent London has been a nightmare. After facing a serious situation that required us to vacate our property on police advice, we repeatedly contacted Rent London for assistance with the tenancy. Despite numerous emails and calls, they failed to respond or provide any meaningful help for months. When we did manage to get a response, by Darrel Kwong, we were dismissed. Our situation has been ignored completely and we have just been repeatedly told we were “breaking the contract” by requesting termination, despite having no choice but to leave and move far away. He is condescending, unprofessional and rude.
Darrel Kwong claimed the landlord would be worse off financially if the tenancy was terminated early, ignoring the fact that we had to leave for our safety. Additionally, our stay was plagued with property issues such as leaks and flooding, which Rent London were terrible at sorting. We were also promised professional cleaning and repainting before moving in, which never happened.
Adding to our frustration, every time we contacted Rent London, we were repeatedly told they are in communication with the tenants still residing at the property, despite these individuals being the cause of our departure and our repeated requests to be removed from the tenancy.
Rent London's handling of our situation has been negligent and unprofessional. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for our safety and well-being is appalling. We now have no choice but to take legal action to resolve this matter.
If the landlords knew how poorly Rent London treats their tenants, they would not be in business.
Avoid Rent London at all costs.

"I would give 0 starts if I could"
I would give 0 starts if I could, avoid renting at all costs with RentLondon.
Before we moved in they was very quick to reply to our emails and answer our calls because they wanted our deposits and money.
Since we have moved in, after numerous maintenance issues they have ignored us for as long as they can and neglected helping us, when we have received a response it is very blunt and unhelpful. It’s as if the staff don’t care for their tenants.
We have now come into issues with our tenancy and need support and help which they are refusing to give us. We have sent numerous emails over the past 2 months to only be told there was one person in the office who ‘knows the legal stuff’ and now receive a response from someone else (Darrel Kwong) and he is being very backhanded and not helping us.
There is a huge amount of negligence from this company for tenants regarding any help you need at all including maintenance, I wish the landlords could see how you are treating their tenants.
