Then new one still has not come with plug after service has gone down hill you can not get them on the phone anymore so what is the point of having a contact number .
Iv been a loyal coustmer for over 10 years thinking off selling all my cameras and nvr .
For other system with better coustmers service as loyalty means nothing now

I would highly recommend Foscam to anybody. I got great support in choosing the components of my system with the tech guys before hand then found the cameras and NVR very easy to setup. I did have a problem with the NVR but they replaced it seamlessly and all in all I would say the perfect experience.

Their after sales service is incredible.
They helped me install my cameras several years ago.
A fault has developed recently in one of the cameras which they couldn't rectify remotely and so they asked for it to be returned for examination and repair.
They kindly sent me a replacement although it was out of warranty.
