"Decent camera, but not new?"

I think you sent me a camera that has previously been sent to someone else and returned. No bag on the camera seems odd but maybe that some eco reason but the screw fitting connector looked like a screw had been in it previously as it was damaged. You buy a new item you expect a new item.

"Really Really bad customer service"

There is no way you can contact this company!!! I have spent 2 days and many many many hours trying to speak to Sales or Technical leaving messages with no response - the worse customer service of any company i have used

Due to a minor technical problem my order was delayed by a few days, these things do happen sometimes but Jay from Foscam went over and beyond to resolve it quickly.

Camera no longer responding its dead.

Found one of our camera was no longer viewable/streaming. Looks like an issuer when it updated the firmware.
Contacted support, who suggested a number of ways to reset - all of which we had already tried, and re-tried. Then suggested it may need a firmware reset and gave a download to do so. We tried this - and... nothing.
Foscam then said looks like camera was dead. Aka it had failed on a firmware update and "bricked" the camera.
No offer to get discount on a replacement/further ideas.
Did go and purchase another Foscam (as had been happy with them).
However this one could be setup when wired to a computer, but when mounted where the old one was, did not get a signal enough to reliably stream. Which means the "new" cameras have a lower powered antenna.
Had enough of time wasted, and just returned it. Bought a different make of camera (ring, ring) and it was up and working in 5 minutes. Faster than a foscam... Mounted in same place, and it is working fine, streaming, alerting.
Shame, as Foscam _had_ seemed to be good, but alas now left behind in the market.

Camera was faulty had to get paypay to refund me foscam do not answer there phones live chat not always working they keep saying they will sort it but they don't very disappointed with them

"Ordered an FI9912P camera"

Ordered an FI9912P camera. Order form suggested a PoE injector as an option with this camera - which suggested to me that the camera was PoE compatible. The camera is not PoE compatible and so the injector is no use without a splitter. On the plus side I did get a quick response from on line chat who provided a return label and full refund for the injector.

Ik ben uiterst tevreden over de ip cameras, van Foscam,we hebben een heel zuiver beeld en zowel op de app als op de NAS werken ze uitstekend.
waar ik super tevreden over ben is de dienst na verkoop, ik raakte er niet wijs uit hoe ik de foscam camera,s op de NAS zou krijgen, met de hulp van AMBER was dit heel snel gelukt, wel als ieder bedrijf zo een uitmuntende service na verkoop zou geven dan zou iedereen gelukkig zijn met zijn aankoop, daarom van mij een dikke 10 en een grote dank je wel Amber en Foscam!
