"Tried to contact Foscam UK"

Tried to contact Foscam UK, all departments however no one answered the phones so I tried live chat that was just the same and surprise no response to emails. My camera is no longer connected to the wifi, check wifi setting was on 2.4ghz which it was, removed app then uploaded it again, rebooted the camera and still nothing. Guess the product is only as good as your customer service! Lets see if you respond to this?

Website says free delivery in UK on items over £79. I purchased a camera costing £129 and got charged £30 for delivery to Northern Ireland . If NI is excluded from the free delivery offer then website should reflect this accurately

Product was definitely not new, the seal sticker was broken on arrival and the product inside shows definite signs of use. Didn't have time to resolve it as I needed the camera in a hurry and it works fine, wouldn't have minded but paying full price for a used product was a bit unexpected.

Really pleased with both the product and service. The camera was of good quality and they were very helpful from start to finish, as I am no expert with this sort of thing. Quick to arrive too, I would definitely order again!
