I have been a Foscam user for about 15 years, that probably says enough! However, recently there was a bit of a problem with the delivery of an item, which was outside the control of Foscam UK. I was in contact with Jay, who kept me right up to date with what was going on, which I consider was beyond the call of duty. After a few exchanges of emails, over about 6 weeks, the camera finally turned up at Foscam UK and was sent on to me. I have no hesitation in saying that they are one of the best firms that I have dealt with during my years of buying their cameras. Thanks particularly to Jay and the team!

Purchased a new power supply that had failed. New power supply arrived next day. The only thing that i can complain about is that i was unable to purchase the black cable. I did contact their support and made them aware of the issue. I had to buy a white cable, but not a big deal.

Difficult to connect as per instructions. Reached out to help desk, who did help.
Still cannot connect chime to doorbell AND phone. Therefore I must choose to be at home and listen to the chime OR be out and get a phone notification and talk to whoever is at the door.
Work in progress.
In the days of seamless technology, this appears and feels very disjointed.

The camera wasn't connecting with my PC . Nora suggested a "team viewer" meeting and she worked really really hard to get my end working right again.
I'm afraid depression and fybro issues mean I'm not very good at these things but Nora got it sorted.
