Great service, and very accomodating and professional family run business. We came here to upgrade my wife's engagement ring, and we couldn't fault the service that was on offer as well as the value for money for the engagement ring. In the end we got exactly what we came for and haven't seen anything comparable on the market to date. Only thing I'd say is that we found the service great because we knew exactly what we wanted and were looking for. I can't comment on what it would be like if you're not sure what you're looking for or you are shopping for a ring for the first time.
