"They made it so special"

I walked in on a whim. I had just come to the end of a long, protracted divorce and wanted to somehow commemorate it so I went in looking for a ring that I wanted to buy for myself.

The team were lovely, made it feel normal and it was a really meaningful experience. I hope one day I’ll be able to pass the ring down to my daughter and tell her about the day I bought it - that 3 women all rallied behind the counter and helped me choose something to commemorate it.

I know it’s just a piece of jewellery and I’m imbibing it with sentiment, but they made it feel like more than just rocks on a ring.

P.S. the ring itself is really beautiful, too!

We immediately felt welcomed and given the personal touch by Alfie and his team. Alfie knee we were virgin diamond buyers but he immediately gave us the information we needed. Most importantly I wanted my husband to feel happy about parting with his money and being offered the personal touch made us do that. Other Hatton Garden jewellers only want you cash but not happy to give the personal touch. Making the purchase special made a difference.

I have been more than 6 stores around London. Each place take at the least half hour just to tell you the price. That is extremely disrespectful ! 

Platform was the first and only place that told me the price less than 2 minutes and 5 minutes more to check if they have the exact one on the stock.

I spent 7 hours around Farringdon to find my ring I COULD NOT TRUST ANY SELLER !!! Just at Platform Jewellers, if you are thinking it is a paid/fake post please go to my Facebook and check it. If you have any questions about the Platform I am more than willing to say How great was the service.
