We’ve just had a complete new heating system and Air source heat pump installed and are really happy with the service we received. Will and Justin deserve a special mention as they installed the plumbing, radiators, ASHP and a new tank… they really are a credit to Synergi, they were polite, friendly and very efficient… nothing was too much trouble for them. Their work was so neat and they left the house tidy and clean each day. We couldn’t have asked for nicer people to do the work, they were a pleasure to have around.
Once the heating system was up and running they took their time to explain all about it and set up the heating schedule on the app.
As a result we now have a lovely warm home, we can highly recommend them.

We were recommended by another boiler company who felt our installation was too complex for them. From the first phone call everyone has been Professional, friendly, helpful and polite. The quote was good, we accepted and other than make cups of tea and the odd bacon sandwich we did nothing, all the crap cleared away, left spotlessly clean and tidy and the only way we knew that they'd upgraded the boiler was the house was warm 100% recommend them

Just had an air source heat pump installed, Elliet, Molly & Ollie were a fantastic heating engineers (great people). They went out of their way to resolve any set up issues & answering any questions. We feel lucky to have had this team.

So thankful for the work to be carried out quickly when the existing boiler gave up! Not the easiest of jobs changing it but everything was explained as the job went on. Very happy with the work carried out by both Rich and his apprentice, even down to cleaning up afterwards.

Since I have been using Synergi SW Ltd, I have always been impressed with the professionalism of their staff. The engineers who have visited my property have been friendly, polite and have always told me what they are doing and why. When they have finished the work the engineers have cleaned up after themselves and tidied everything away.

The office staff, when I need to contact them, are also very friendly and if they cannot answer your problem straight away then they get the answer/solution and ring back.

I wouldn't use anyone else. Well done Synergi!
