"Terrible customer service and…"
Terrible customer service and discourteous staff.
Called company and advised £60 hrly rate only to be told later that they charge £90 for first hour.
I advised for them to check back on the call records which they initially agreed they would, only for them to message 2 months later that they were unable to find the call records. How convenient! Then after another 2 months (completely out of the blue) they sent a threatening email for outstanding false invoice to be paid.
Dreadful company with useless engineers. I would advise to avoid at all costs and choose a better company who treat their customers with better care

What a hidden gem of a company Richard and his team are fabulous . Company’s Now days are too quick to rip you off . I can’t thank this company enough They were quick to respond efficient and got my heating up and running in no time . 10 out of 10 service give them a try you won’t regret it . Well done Synergi .

"Very poor communication and after sales service."
Giving one star because I can't give zero stars.
Awaiting for a call back since 3/11 to talk to someone about the recent issue with my boiler.
When initially installed in April an engineer checked that all was operational and we were happy that it was, I wish I could still say I was happy with both the product and the service.
The communication with Synergi is poor, with promises to return calls not fulfilled.
Richard is virtually impossible to contact when there is a problem although he was quick enough to visit and sell us the system!
At the moment I am regretting the decision I made back in April to replace the boiler with them. There have been several problems including the latest issue.
After installation we had to have another visit to fix a leaking radiator.
Unfortunately we then had a much larger leak from one of the ancillary pieces attached to the new system which had to be replaced apparently due to a manufacturing defect in it. Fortunately we were only away visiting family for a few days as if it had been longer I think the ceiling would have collapsed!
Fast forward to last month when we had several error codes on the boiler, which was not working at all. That seemed to mystify Synergi and was diagnosed as a possible printed circuit board problem and a Navien engineer was sub contracted to come out and replace the PCB.
He made the decision not to do this and cleared the errors but he felt the pipework to remove the condensed water from the boiler was inadequate and in his opinion would back up and 'trip' the boiler. He would feed that back to Synergi SW
He then left the boiler in the AUTO mode which should “take control” of the boiler and selects the best operating regime based on environmental conditions, external devices connected to the boiler and the performance required. It should constantly decides at which power level to operate based on the environmental conditions and the room temperature.
This sounds fine but that was not what happened when the temperature dropped below the set value.
The engineer who turned up 'resolved' this by putting it into the ON mode with no explanation why the AUTO mode was not operating as we'd expected. I'm not sure is the most efficient mode and I emailed Synergi for their comments on this as I feel the boiler should be working, with our thermostat in the auto mode.
To add insult to injury the invoice I received stated "Upon investigation, found that the Navien engineer had set the boiler to Auto as per standard procedure, however homeowner wanted it on constant"
That is certainly not correct, the engineer barely spoke to me, he certainly didn't give me any options and just changed the system to ON without any consultation. It took him all of 7 minutes and at no point did he explain why the AUTO setting was not working.
I don't know where I go from here.
I certainly object to having to pay for the visit and I have lost all confidence in both the boiler and the company and am still waiting for a phone call from someone, preferably Richard.

Covering Devon, Dorset and Somerset, but not our part of Somerset, smack in the middle. Currently new trained engineers for Somerset, or should I say my part of Somerset
People shouldn’t be able to advertise this, and then say they don’t provide a service they say they do it’s a poor effort.

"Excellent service"
Excellent service, fixed previous issue as well as installing new boiler in good time. Left tidy work and cleaned up before leaving, highly reccomend!
