"Fragmented customer service"

Talked to 2 different customer service representatives regarding what was required for a baggage claim submission. Both of them told me something different. I finally decided to talk to a Supervisor who gave me another different answer. Seems like everyone is on a different page.

I give the claims representative credit for her final decision in about 1.5 weeks. Yet, the decision making process was inflexible. Of course, the claim was denied.

This is the first time I have used Seven Corners Travel Insurance. I will never use the company again.
