I choose Seven Corners because my initial conversation with Julie H. She was informative and no pressure to purchase the Travel insurance. After many calls with questions, I purchased the Insurance. I am very happy with our decision. Julie was professional, patient and explained in detail the plan that was right for us. Being a senior the application process wasn't easy for me. Numerous calls to Customer Service support and they took the time to walk me thru it. , Julie, Autumn and Bella were amazing!
My husband became ill and we had to cancel our trip to France. Julie and Bella were so reassuring and explained the process. Seven Corners is a company of INTEGRITY.
I highly recommend Seven Corners. They are fair, honest and cared about us. A company of their word!

We had to make a claim with Seven Corners for an unexpected medical emergency abroad for both our son and our nephew. The customer service was excellent, and we were fully reimbursed for the medical expenses. I felt that for an insurance company, they processed our claim fairly quickly and did not dispute our claim like other companies might.

Very poor service. Trip was delayed a day due to mechanical issues and re-routing to get to destination. Would not even provide the trip delay coverage which clearly states trip delays more than 6 hours are covered within the policy with $200 per passenger.
