Signing up was easy, the web portal is intuitive. The premium was reasonable. I submitted a claim, and was missing some documentation. They promptly let me know what was missing; it took a couple of tries to get everything but their response was always timely, cordial and helpful. Once all was in order, they processed and paid the claim in full. The whole process from claim to payment took less than 2 weeks. I'm very impressed!
