I called to get help with updating my email address. I thought getting my email address updated was going to be a hassle but the representative who assisted me assured me she would be able to assist.... and she did! It was important for me to update my email address right away because I was afraid I would not be able to receive my insurance confirmation email or important emails from the company in the future. It took a while for my confirmation email to come into my inbox so the rep talked me through the steps to access my travel documents through the Seven Corners website. I appreciated the rep taking the time to ensure I had everything I needed and was completely satisfied. The rep also answered my sports add-on question.
