Volle Umkleiden zu den Stoßzeiten und trotzdem kein wahrnehmbarer Luftaustausch / Luftabzug.

On the forth week McFit has finally responded and resolved the problem. Can not complain about the solution, but it would be 5 stars, if you'd respond a bit faster than 4 weeks.

Some of local employees deserve a raise (male employee, who started working at Hamburg Kieler Straße gym around 4 weeks ago), resolved my problem in the matter of minutes.

Initial Message:

Gym is alright. But one star for the customer service, there is no way to reach anyone who can solve contract problems. No phone support, employees at the gym can't help, also no response to emails.

Had a coupon that does not activate for some reason, employee at the gym told me to contact support. Support won't respond for a month, so a person is supposed not to do exercise for this period?

I guess they just don't care about customers leaving.

Sehr schlecht organisiert, Kommunikation kaum möglich. Allerdings wird man gerne kontaktiert wenn MC Fit mal wieder irgendein Phantasiebeitra einfällt den mann anscheinend noch schuldig ist.

Bei McFit handelt es sich um ein Unternehmen, dass in der Bearbeitung von unberechtigten Abbuchungen gegen geltendes Gesetz verstößt. Mit System und bewusst. Ich habe daher Anzeige wegen Betrugs gegen den Geschäftsführer gestellt. Meine Rückforderungen kann ich nur mittels Mahnbescheid und daraus folgend mit Vollstreckungsbescheid durchsetzen.

By law they should return all the fees you paid during lockdown. But as they actually offered the idle period, it does not apply. At the end I paid many many months' fee for something, which was not even available.

Peor imposible. Cláusulas abusivas en los contratos sobre permanencias y cobros. Te intentan atrapar en sus zarpas. De abogados estoy. Y además se saltan la protección de datos cediendolos a terceros pese a requerir por mi parte que no se hiciera. Además las instalaciones tienen carencias y los baños están regular de higiene.

Bueno mi experiencia en este gimnasio es nefasta. Se me ocurrió la genial idea de apuntarme con la oferta de 10€, de la que me indicaron que no había permanencia, bueno pues después de probarlo dos veces y morirme sudando ya que el sistema de ventilación destaca por su ausencia, tendré que pagar un año entero por un servicio que no vale ni 10€ al mes, más de el triple. en resumen un timo. Un TIMO en mayúsculas. y las máquinas... parecen compradas en el chino.
