"Scammers"

Just booked and paid for flights then they call and say they cant give me that flight at that price even though I have already paid for it! Then told me I needed to pay an extra £800 for the flight, then I said no and to return my money now I need to wait 3-5 days for the refund, they should not be allowed to take your money and then try get more money from you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is the second time I am using your service within two months, Jennifer has been outstanding. She provides regular updates and made a change which would have had a huge impact on my travel plans and given options to help my travel be possible. This is a highly recommended service and would be using them again. Jennifer is my go to person for travel, she has managed to convince me that using agents is not such a bad idea.

when i was contacted by travel heights i wasnt so sure as there are lots of scammers around however i spoke with Jennifer who assured me that they are not scammers although i was a bit hesistant she provided IATA number and confirmed office address. so far so good. i have received electronic tickets and invoice as well.

They might be a valid agent, but.... the price and date you see is not the price or dates.
I have to say that the agent who called me was very nice and helpful and explained that the information they had through was wrong (not matching the website). I have asked for a refund or a payment reversal, so will see if that comes through successfully

Edit: I did receive the full refund a few days later. I have aded an extra star for that, but as stated above, the price you see and the dates you set were not the same when contacted.

All thanks to our booking agent, Steve, I had the best booking experience ever. We needed to travel to India and only started looking for tickets less than two months in advance. Owing to the peak holiday season, nothing was available within our budget and strict dates. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful with our booking. He suggested an itinerary that suited all our requirements and was in fact able to advise correctly about the transit visa requirements for one of the members. I wouldn't have known nor would have considered that flight route if he hadn't answered my queries accurately and convincingly.

Well done Steve!! Your excellent communication skills & professionalism got Travel Heights one more happy customer :)

this website is a scam. It shows incorrect data. As soon as you enter your details and try to make the payment. The price increases. Just fooling customers with low prices.
