Jennifer was fantastic in searching for the best deal available on Virgin Airline for my family of 6 travel requirements to and from Nigeria for the Christmas season.

Jennifer also searched endlessly without hesitation until she got my sister and I a quick return ticket on Virgin Airline to and from the UK. Some of the other agents we tried came up with a very expensive fare but, Jennifer got us a good deal beating all other agents we tried. Good job

Received a good service from Rio for booking my flights in Dec-23. Even though it was a peak period, Rio was able to find a good deal with some flexibility in dates. Rio was calm and professional throughout the booking process and regularly in connect to ensure service was delivered in top quality. Good experience through. Well done, Rio!

"Fraud compony"

I am waiting for my resolution from last more than 1 month but they are just ignoring me.

I book a flight with them and my ticket was invalid at airport and airline didn't allow me to travel.

they took money from me but not paid to airline and share fake ticket with me.

I am taking followups on this from last 1.5 month almost but didn't get any response neither refund.

at airport as well I refer them them too airline and they didn't provide anything to airline as well.

they are very nice while taking payment but after the they are start ignoring and even harassing people by not providing resolution.

I would advised all to not to go through with them m giving them 1 rating as there is no option for Zero or minus.

all don't trust on them and book any tickets from them they will share fake tickets.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, applied for my visa managed to get it refused through carelessness also believe they have made a fraudulent application on my behalf. Now holding my money hostage unless I send them an email saying I confirm to new charges that I never agreed to. these people are trying to black mail me. The don't respond, avoid my calls, don't reply to emails, they have continually lied to me. Sam Martin Is rude, talks over you as does Darry have absolutely no interest in sorting anything out. I have trading standards contacting me soon. STAY AWAY. These people don't care, they are charlaton's and scammers. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. they make you pay with razorpay which is indian. they told me they had a dedicated visa team in the back room. but then find out my application is being dealt with in india. liars. They have continually lied to me and are now trying to black mail me.
